Boudoir Photography Workshop

We are so happy to announce that we have officially launched our next boudoir photography workshop for 2013! This is a beginning boudoir workshop for the professional photographer who is looking to branch out into this niche. We would LOVE to have you join us at our San Diego boudoir studio for this 2-day workshop, which touches on a little bit of everything that you’ll need to start a boudoir business.

Las Vegas Boudoir Shoots 2013

Last week we announced that we will be launching a fun new division of The Boudoir Divas, called “Destination Boudoir™!” It combines our love for travel and our desire to bring the “Supermodel Experience™” to every woman who may not be able to travel to our San Diego boudoir studio. So we figured, what better place than Vegas (during WPPI) to bring our traveling act to you?! 😉 We think all photographers need to get in front of the camera if they truly want to understand how their clients feel. I don’t think anyone understands what’s going through their clients’ minds until they actually experience it for themselves. If you are like us, you probably put so stinkin’ much into your business. A teaser of what’s to come from the Caribbean….

We cannot express how BLESSED we felt while we were in a pasture overlooking the ocean, horses running around us on a beautiful day. The whole team, even our dudes that were helping us were shrieking with delight. We were all overwhelmed by the beauty that surrounded us yesterday. November 3rd will be a day we will all remember the rest of our lives. As we process the images we wanted to leave you with a little teaser of what’s to come….

Caribbean Boudoir Shoots

Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!! We are having the time of our lives! We are currently sitting in our gorgeous house in Puerto Rico, overlooking the rainforest, the hammock on the deck is swaying in the wind, and birds are chirping all around us. We are in love with this place. A couple days ago, we had the honor of shooting two beautiful women here for our Caribbean Supermodel shoots. Unfortunately hurricane Sandy caused some travel issues, and two of our clients weren’t able to make it out here for the shoots. We missed having Christine & Nicole with us, and it was hard knowing they were so bummed that they weren’t able to make it – but we are looking forward to having them join us for a shoot in CA soon.

We had an amazing time shooting Brittany & Suzanne – these women are both incredibly gorgeous, and they knew how to work it in front of the lens. We started with two awesome sets at our house, and then we spent a little time in Old San Juan, with fun, brightly-colored buildings. Then we ended our day shooting at the beach – because, hello, it’s the Caribbean. Here are just a few ‘teasers’ from our Caribbean Supermodel Shoots…

We have to give a huge shout-out to our fabulous, amazing, spectacular, INSANELY awesome hair & makeup artist, Peggy Rogers! She is such an integral part of our team, and we are so happy that she was able to come with us on our Caribbean shoots to help glamify these ladies! And we can’t help but mention that we couldn’t do any of this without our team. We are incredibly blessed to work with such amazing people. Deena, you are our right-hand gal and we are so thankful that you were able to come on this trip with us. Thank you!!!
