We are in LOVE with this space!!!!!! Ahhhh! I know, I know… as if our huge 4,500 square foot studio wasn’t big enough already… we have officially expanded the space! We have loved shooting in this huge natural light studio, and cannot wait to get more beautiful clients in here for their shoots. We met the adorable,, kind, fun Vanessa at one of our Boudoir Workshops a bit back. V is from Puerto Rico, so when she told us that she was going to book one of our Penthouse Bond Inspired Shoots, we were beyond thrilled that she was going to make the trek to us again. I mean sure WPPI was going on at that time too, but we like to think she just came to see us š
This woman has the most infectious laugh ever, being around her is a pure joy. So to say we loved shooting her is an understatement. This year instead of having our usual boudoir booth at WPPI, we decided that we were going to something that would not only thrill us to the core, but also give the supermodel experience to other photographers. Thanks for letting us show off your images Vanessa!

What a day! Hearts pounding, rain pouring, inspiration sizzling and the Eiffel Tower in the distance just a constant reminder of how blessed we are. Here is a little teaser from Tenley’s multi day photo shoot. We hope to have a video and many, many more images to come. We would be honored if you checked back in the future for more.
We also have to give a huge shout out to my Mother Cecelia. She worked her bootie off and ruined her stove top in an effort to create and dye this dress for us. Mom that you so so so much! We would have been so lost without you and your last minute “save the day” efforts, as usual.
Heya lovely peeps! So I am sure you have heard us ranting and raving in excitement over the James Bond inspired boudoir photo shoots we did during WPPI week in Las Vegas. If you didn’t, well then we ask you kindly to follow us on Instagram, cuz you missed seriously exciting moments in the world of Marissa Kimberlee!! The idea behind these shoots is that we really wanted photographers to have a chance to be pampered and get in front of the lens. To be honest, I think we may have had even more fun than all of our clients did (if that’s possible!) – because it was three packed days filled with laughter, smiles, and a little controlled-creative-chaos all around.
We have quite a que of photos in the chamber ready to fire off on our bloggy blog here (forgive me for the bond-esq wording) but we are thinking we may space them out a bit to keep from completely blowing your mind with the beauty of these ladies. So we are going to kick it off with the Bond Bombshell Bonnie. Not everyone gave permission to share their images, and that’s TOTALLY fine, we get that. We just wanted to thank those of you who have given permission for us to share, as well as thank all of you ladies for allowing us to have the unforgettably fabulous time shooting you.

Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!! We are having the time of our lives! We are currently sitting in our gorgeous house in Puerto Rico, overlooking the rainforest, the hammock on the deck is swaying in the wind, and birds are chirping all around us. We are in love with this place. A couple days ago, we had the honor of shooting two beautiful women here for our Caribbean Supermodel shoots. Unfortunately hurricane Sandy caused some travel issues, and two of our clients weren’t able to make it out here for the shoots. We missed having Christine & Nicole with us, and it was hard knowing they were so bummed that they weren’t able to make it – but we are looking forward to having them join us for a shoot in CA soon.
We had an amazing time shooting Brittany & Suzanne – these women are both incredibly gorgeous, and they knew how to work it in front of the lens. We started with two awesome sets at our house, and then we spent a little time in Old San Juan, with fun, brightly-colored buildings. Then we ended our day shooting at the beach – because, hello, it’s the Caribbean. Here are just a few ‘teasers’ from our Caribbean Supermodel Shoots…

We are getting ready to head out to the Caribbean to photograph some fabulous clients for “Supermodel Boudoir Shoots” as well as an Editorial shoot that we have been wanting to do for YEARS! Ā But we wouldn’t be able to get the epic sunshine/sunset shots we want without epic equipment. So that’s why we got the Photoflex Triton Flash. “I cannot put into words how much this experience has meant to me or has changed the way I feel about myself. For the first time in almost 4 years, I am looking at myself through different eyes, and realizing that I am STILL beautiful. The death of my son robbed me of so many things that I didnāt realize until just recently, and to be able to look at my images and not just see myself as a āfailureā is such a weight lifted off my shoulders. God works in incredible ways, and I know that my journey has been preparing me to help other women like myself, who have self-blame, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. Iāve seen the gift Iāve given my clients as Iāve watched them in awe over their own images. Iāve heard them say things like āIāve never felt that beautiful EVER!ā If I can give just one woman hope, then I have done His work.
To now have experienced it for myself, I know what power it truly has on a person. Despite some negative responses Iāve received this week about my line of work, Iām choosing to take the high road.
