It is no surprise The Boudoir Divas love Totally Rad. They are awesome and have so many fun actions, textures, and filters! We use them ALL the time. Totally Rad was nice enough to allow us to give away their newest product, DIRTY PICTURES, to one of our blog followers! Here is what you have to do: just email us YOUR favorite BOUDOIR PHOTO (taken by you of course) to [email protected]. A couple months ago we sent out a newsletter that included a clip of the Laura pose from our Posebook video, and now we wanted to share that with all of our blog readers as well. If you aren’t on the newsletter list click here to sign up! We send out about 2 emails per month (at the most), and always try to include a helpful boudoir photography tip in the boudoir newsletter. The Posebook Video is a gift for purchasing The Posebook off of the www.boudoirshop.com. The PB Video shows us demo-ing all 28 poses that you’ll find inside the book with an adorable client. The Posebook video is emailed to you about 2 biz days after you purchase the Posebook. (It takes a few days for us to email the links to you because of the high volume of orders we receive… Unfortunately the video files were too large to make them available for you in an instant download on the shop). But once you purchase the Poseebok, you do get to instantly download the posing “quick-guide” – then the hardcopy of the book will follow in the mail 5-9 days after your purchase. Well after a few roadblocks, well let’s be real here, a lot of road blocks, our gift to those who bought THE POSEBOOK is finally ready for viewing! YAY! It’s a video showing us, The Boudoir Divas, demonstrating some of our favorite boudoir photography poses and giving tips on how we photograph boudoir sessions.
Unfortunately, the file was too large to post on our Boudoir Shop for downloading so we have posted the boudoir posing video in two parts on Vimeo.
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR LINK AND PASSWORD:
*Email [email protected] , subject line “Posebook Video”
*Include your receipt for purchase of the Posebook or attach a photo of yourself holding your Posebook
We will email you a link and password. Your password is only valid for 48 hours so you will need to download the video asap.
Do not send the email until you are sure that we will be free in the next 48-72 hours to download, since we probably won’t be able to answer your email ASAP.
*Please note that Kimberlee and I simply don’t have the man power to answer your email immediately. We will try to respond within 48 hours, M-F, with your links and password. Also once the email is sent, we ask that you please follow the directions within 48 hours. Again this is meant to be a free gift, and we don’t have the resources to be answering questions or resending the email multiple times. Sorry! Hate being a toughie. But I would hate for you to feel neglected if we don’t get back to your questions.
PS. The audio isn’t fantastic. While filiming we were focusing more on the visual aspect of how we interact with our clients. So I apologize that the audio quality isn’t great. So we ask that you techies out there hold off on emails letting us know that the audio is terrible, as my spanish teacher Mrs. Legg always said, “a caballo regalado no le mires el diente.” Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. Lol!
Hope you all enjoy the videos! We suggest putting them in your itunes or on your ipod! If you find posing the most difficult aspect of boudoir photography, than the more you watch the video, the more comfortable you will be posing your boudoir clients.

“Hi Ladies,
I reviewed the download instructions again and did some troubleshooting for the PoseBook videos. I know you can’t answer every email but did want to let you known that when I held down the control button and clicked on the mp4 link download link in Vimeo I did “save link as” to my desktop and it worked. A bit different from an automatic download to iTunes (I’m using Mac too) just in case others have a similar problem with the directions (I did read them ;).

Gosh, I am just loving putting movies together. Even though the quality isn’t great on this one, it was still fun. 🙂 Good news… Marissa is bringing her new Mark II w/ us to Paris! So that means better quality videos from the City of Light! Can’t wait. Oh, and also, we’re getting an exclusive tutorial on how to use the Mark II tomorrow from the famous Bui Brothers. We’ll be recording our ichat, so be sure to check back to see their tips and tricks to using this baby. (Thanks for agreeing to give us a tutorial, guys!)
