At some point in the last year, Marissa coined the term ‘bitner’ when referring to me. It’s a shortened word for ‘business partner’ – and it’s become a bit of a nickname. M is out of the office this week, taking her much-needed and long-awaited vacation. All of us girls here in the studio will miss you this week, Marissa, but we hope you have a wonderfully-relaxing-and-refreshing week! -Your bitner 🙂

Just a few pics from my birthday celebration at Disneyland a few weeks ago… it was SUCH a fun day!
So when it’s your birthday, you can get into Disneyland for FREE… but if you already have a pass, you get Disney CASH! … OR… if you trade in your cash, you get tons of fast passes for the day – for yourself & your whole group (which is what I did!) Definitely made the day even that much better. 🙂 There’s also a pretty funny story about the “Tower of Terror” ride… maybe we’ll save that story for another time, heehee!
Ok, and then this last photo just makes me crack up every time I see it. This is Marissa’s hubby, Weston, hanging out in the petting zoo area at Dland. Check out that stare-down. Hilarious! 🙂
Ceremony magazine is so dang sweet to us. They will be doing a boudoir feature on us in the next edition, YAY!!! And we will also being doing a full page boudoir ad with them. This is where I need your help….So I can’t say that I am indecisive. No, I am actually quite decisive in that I answer very quickly. What I do tend to do though is change my mind five-ten minutes later. And then again, five to ten minutes after that. Well, I never said I was perfect. Lol. In fact I could never take myself too serious because then I couldn’t possibly be taken seriously. If you know me personally you prolly know exactly what I am talking about. ~M

Now, I am sure that there are a lot of glitches. We will be fixing those as we come across them. When you go big, it seems that you are constantly finding little hiccuups, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. I have to go do a shoot now, but K and I will be cracking a bottle of champagne later.
I was dying laughing while I was going through the images today. Wow! Here are some ridiculous ones that I got from our “5 stars”, not even going to look in the “Not-In” bin!!! Yikes. I love how subtle they are at first, but if you look close, we look like crazy ladies. Here are just a few from the many that got me laughing….
I just love looking through old photos! These pics are from January 2008, when our very first copies of the Workshop Book arrived (actually, back then it was called “The Bad-Ass Training Guide). After so many months of hard work and late nights of writing and designing this baby, we finally had the chance to hold it in our hands. Such a great feeling! 🙂
And here’s a shot of us with Deena & Crystal at our Book Release Party! These gals have been w/ the studio from the beginning, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. On the night of our book release party, D & C stood up and gave us a toast – it was SOOO sweet, and almost made us cry! We love you gals!
As we announced yesterday… our November workshop attendees will have the chance to purchase the workshop book when they are out here in a few weeks! We are so excited for the workshop! We’re booking our models today – and by models I mean past CLIENTS! Just as we’ve said all along, we really want our workshop attendees to have the opportunity to work with real clients (so that you’ll have to practice the posing techniques you learn here!)… rather than working with a professional model who does all the work for you! 🙂 Anyway, just wanted to let you know that we’ve got some smokin’ hot client-models signed up to work with us here on our day of shooting! It’s going to be AWESOME!
Hey everyone! Thanks to all of you who tuned in to watch our LIVE video webcast today! We were doing a photo shoot for our new website (which will be launching THIS FRIDAY!!!) So we asked Crystal to do this shoot for us! Our video feed cut out halfway through, and we lost the first part of the shoot (no idea what happened; Twitter just totally dropped our feed!) If you missed out, don’t worry… you can still watch it below! (Well… the second half of the shoot, at least!) 🙂 Disclaimer: we know we are major dorks. Hope you had fun tuning in today to watch our shoot!
If enough people leave feedback here, we just MIGHT think about doing more live webcasts. What do you think? Should we make this a regular feature? M & I are going to be doing a photo shoot of each other (M shoots me, then I’ll shoot M)… NOT a boudoir shoot… just a regular photo shoot for some new bio pics for our NEW WEBSITE! Tune in at 2pm to see our ridiculous outfits, our dorkiness as we plan the shoot, and our awkwardness as we try to be divas in front of the camera!
