Today is our last full day in Europe. Man, have we had a great trip. We took the ferry over to London and that is what we will be exploring today and flying out of tomorrow. We just came from the northern countryside in France where we stayed at a gorgeous Bed and Breakfast called, La Mare Palu, which I will definitely be blogging in the future. We also spent Easter at the American Memorial for D-Day, which was moving beyond words. For now here are a few shots that I imaged on my laptop while on our long journey to London. – Marissa
By far one of the best aspects of our workshops is the opportunity to start (or build) your boudoir portfolio! We have had gals attend our workshops in the past who have never shot a boudoir session… and then we’ve also had photographers attend who are already quite established with their boudoir studios. No matter what your experience is, we want to create opportunities for you to SHOOT and to walk away with some awesome images to add to your portfolio. Another thing that is unique about our workshop: you have the chance to work with our models one-on-one! This is invaluable time for you to practice posing and interacting with your client. We’ve all been to the workshops where there is lots of fighting for time with the models. But at our workshops, we set aside a small chunk of time for you to be 1-on-1!
So… here are a few of the shots that our fabulous workshop attendees captured during the Paris workshop. To say that we were just a little impressed would be an understatement. Seriously… these images are so beautiful, we are just so impressed with the talent and the artistic abilities of our Paris attendees! Take a look at their work:

Kimberlee and I just wanted to extend a huge thank you to Weston for leading an awesome eng sesh on the streets of Paris. We will be adding photos from the session to the blog when we return to the States in about 2 more weeks.
Even more than that we wanted to thank him and our friends Brian and the wonderful Crystal for being an invaluable part each days logistics and hard work. Thanks guys! We couldn’t have done it without you.
We’re here! I can’t believe it. After months and months of planning… the day has finally arrived. After an adventure-filled 15 hours of travel, we made it to this amazing city at 6:30 this morning! In an attempt to beat jet lag, we hit the ground running, and we’ve had a very full day already. We checked in to our fab “Diva Flat” (where we’ll be holding the workshop)… then went out to explore Paris! We had a delicious lunch at a sidewalk cafe (where we enjoyed basking in the sunshine!), then we headed out for some sight-seeing. Here’s where we went today: The Gardens of Luxembourg (just down the street from our flat), The Pantheon, and Notre Dame. I caught my first glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, and it was a magical moment. This is my (Kimberlee) first time to Paris, and I am already 100% head-over heals smitten with this city. All of our workshop attendees arrive tomorrow, then the workshop kicks off on Wednesday with a full day of shooting here in the Diva Flat. I can already tell this is going to be a week we will never forget. We’ll be updating the blog as often as possible, so be sure to check back for the Divas’ Paris adventures!
Look at our awesome flat!
